RippleTech, Inc. Acquires Incache, LLC
Combined Company to Offer Database and Application Monitoring Solutions
April 5, 2006, Conshohocken, PA – RippleTech, Inc. (www.rippletech.com), a leading provider of security, compliance and event log management solutions, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Incache, LLC, a New York-based provider of enterprise application and database security monitoring products and services.
The acquisition expands RippleTech's product line of system security and compliance solutions to include both advanced database and application security. Incache will operate as a product line under the RippleTech name.
