Climax Manufacturing Company

Climax Manufacturing Company was formed in 1902 by Samuel Hirschey, who invented and subsequently patented and manufactured chicken incubators and brooders. About 10 years later, the packaging division began to make fiberboard cheese drums to support local cheese production; it then branched out into meat packers and other folding-carton applications. Today the Company is a leading producer of retail gift boxes and supermarket deli and bakery packaging. In the mid 1930’s, Climax acquired Carthage Papermakers, a manufacturer of recycled, uncoated paperboard. While much of the Paperboard Division’s recycled paperboard is still consumed by the Packaging Division, it has also become the leading producer of matboard used in picture framing supplied to the graphics arts industry.

Fastech Integrated Solutions

Fastech Integrated Solutions provides cost-effective IT, network, and telecom solutions for the mid-market.  Fastech delivers products and expertise in technologies such as Voice-over-IP telephony, WAN Optimization, data center management, and data replication.  With these offerings, Fastech helps organizations solve real business problems such as optimizing voice and data networks, improving call center performance, ensuring business continuity in case of a disaster, complying with major regulatory standards (such as SAS 70 and PCI DSS), and reducing staffing and operations costs in the data center. One of the largest Value-Added Resellers in the US, Fastech is headquartered in Springfield, PA and maintains major regional locations in Minneapolis and Boston.

 

Faxitron X-Ray

Faxitron X-Ray Corporation  is engaged in the development, engineering, assembly, distribution and servicing of cabinet x-ray systems (SIC 3826 NAICS 334516). Over the last 30 years, Faxitron systems have become the standard in small cabinet x-ray systems. The cabinet x-ray system's size and radiation-safe enclosure make it ideal for portability and can be used almost anywhere. A modular design is utilized for ease of service, product options and upgrades.  Today, the success of the Faxitron product lines has resulted in the installation of over 5,000 units worldwide.

FlagZone                                                                                                 

FlagZone, LLC is a manufacturer and distributor of United States (US), state, foreign, decorative and custom flags and banners.  The Company currently operates two manufacturing facilities located in Pottstown and Collegeville, Pennsylvania.  The Company currently distributes over 1,800 flag, banner and accessory SKU’s.

International Development Corporation

International Development Corporation, or IDC Westinghouse Solar, is a global leader in solar and other alternative residential outdoor lighting products. IDC designs, markets and distributes residential outdoor lighting to major retailers throughout the United States and Canada. Products include solar, low-voltage and other LED related outdoor residential lighting. IDC is also an exclusive licensee of the Westinghouse brand for its outdoor solar lighting products.

Internet Fitness

Internet Fitness, LLC is the marketer of a proprietary line of quality fitness equipment sourced via exclusive distribution agreements with key suppliers.  The company markets its products under the brand names: Smooth Fitness, EVO by Smooth, Momentum, Pulse and Strive.   The Company operates from a combined headquarters and warehouse location in Mount Laurel, NJ with satellite distribution centers in South Jersey and Nevada.

The Matworks

The Matworks, LLC, is a 40 year old company whose primary business is to supply specialty entrance flooring to the top retailers in the country.  As the nation's leading provider of matting and specialty flooring, The Matworks offers innovative and quality-engineered products.

MEDIA MARKET GROUP

Media Market Group
MMG operates an online hotel and travel reservation company selling hotel rooms and other travel products direct to consumers and businesses. The Company generates sales through two websites: hotel-and-discounts.com and hotelreservations.com. Quest Discovery Services

Quest Discovery Services is a 25 year old company, headquartered in San Jose, California.  Quest was purchased by Villandry Holdings in June 2001 from FYI, Inc., a publicly-traded company.  The Company offers outsourcing solutions for medical and public records acquisition, including process serving, document acquisition, copying, deposition reporting, and other special services.  The Company’s primary customers are insurance companies and law firms.

Founded in 1999, SolomonEdwardsGroup is a leading professional services firm that has successfully combined business consulting and accounting services such as internal audit, regulatory compliance, risk management, systems integration, and business process improvement with staffing and resource management. Southeast Directional Drilling was founded in 2002 and subcontracts large bore directional drilling services to the large diameter pipeline construction industry.  The Company provides technical directional drilling services for pipeline installation in environmentally and ecologically sensitive areas and under existing man-made infrastructure.
